Children Policy
Children aged 2-6 years sharing their parents rooms will be charged PHP 1000 nett per night which is inclusive of resort facilities, activities, boat transfers, 12% government tax and service charge. (Meals and airfare will be charged accordingly). In addition, children of 12 years and above shall be charged adult rates. Should a separate room be required for children 2-11 years old without any adult sharing the room, 1 child shall be charged single adult rate.Please note that children below age of 6 years are not charged.
Security Policy
For security reasons, all guests visiting El Nido Resorts including those that are not taking ITI flights (hotel’s private plane) are required to pass through LIO Airport in El Nido for proper security checking before proceeding to the resorts. Transfers to the resorts will only be via El Nido Resort Boats. Guests arriving via their own boats are not allowed to enter the property. Please note that proper changes will be applied for guests who are unable to check in as scheduled.
